Above is a sample of a few projects I completed throughout my SMAD 201: Fundamental Skills in Media Arts and Design I course.

Above is an e-Book that was created as a group project for my Information and Communication Technologies course during my senior year of college. The purpose of the e-Book is to provide advice to corporate communications professionals within the airline industry on how to effectively implement social media tools into their industry.

Work Experience:

Associate at The Little Gallery: Moneta, VA (January 2007 – August 2011)

  • Maintained the gallery’s website
  • Made appointments for artists
  • Helped prepare for monthly art shows and demonstrations as well as worked during the art shows to assist the artists and customers
  • Ordered inventory
  • Operated the register
  • Opened and closed the gallery

Media Specialist Intern at Endless Horizons: Harrisonburg, VA (September 2011 – August 2012)

  • Developed and implemented social media strategies
  • Created and maintained Facebook, Twitter and WordPress accounts for several companies
  • Monitored Social Media engagement and tracked metrics using Google Analytics
